Marriage Tattoo

The main part of the design is a Native American representation of the sun, from where all life on Earth comes. The sun is divided into three sections to represent the marriage of Catriona and myself. The top two sections contain symbols to represent the meanings of our names. In the top left section the symbol is for purity (Catriona), in the top right is the symbol for protection (Niall) and in the bottom section is the symbol for marriage/union between the two of us.

Around the main design are four symbols to bestow blessings on our marriage. The top left symbol is for eternity; top right is for success/prosperity; bottom left is ward off bad fortune/bring good fortune and bottom right is for harmony.
